Background
I'm Elyse Powell — an association executive with over a decade of experience leading and supporting REALTOR® associations and trade organizations across Massachusetts.
Currently serving as chief staff executive at the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts (RCAMA), I bring hands-on experience with every dimension of association management: governance, financial stewardship, membership engagement, advocacy, education, and communications.
Before RCAMA, I spent six years as Executive Administrator at the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, and four years with PRRI, an association management company, where I supported multiple medical specialty and trade associations.
As a fractional or project-based consultant, I help associations navigate leadership transitions, strengthen operations, and drive member value — without the cost and commitment of a full-time executive hire.
